She is adept at navigating the complexities of the property market as she brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for building successful careers. She has a strong Queensland network of candidates but has worked on roles across Australia.

Eli has been a property recruitment leader since 2014 and has experience in property recruitment. She specialises in property development, construction and real estate. With a background herself in property development and asset management, Eli has a deep understanding of the property industry and the talent needs of her clients.
She has successfully placed 500+ candidates across various roles and levels including Executive General Managers, Development Directors, Project Sales Executives, Marketing Managers and Administrators. Eli is passionate about building long-term relationships, providing forward-thinking solutions, and empowering candidates and clients to achieve their goals.
